My Institute 'Vaishali Kala Kendra' came into formal existence as a registered trust in Noida in 2002. Ever since then institute has been growing multi dimensionally and has attracted students from city and around. The Kendra has been largely responsible for propagating odissi dance in the city where the awareness and popularity of this dance from is now quite noticeable.

The Students of Kendra have been giving memorable performance in the country as well as abroad. A number of foreigners are also being trained odissi by the Kendra.

Apart from teaching odissi, I am also working on traditional folk items with my students. I have done research work for 4 years on the traditional folk dance from different parts of odissa. The work I am doing is entirely classical form of odissi on the style innovated by my Guru Late Sri Nath Raut. Most of the items are rechoreographed by my self to give them a modernised look in presentations with universal appeal.
